Returns and exchanges

Items can be:

- withdrawn at the workshop by appointment

- sent by post (letter followed or colissimo)

- sent to a relay point via Mondial Relay

(you will receive an email to choose the relay point)

Manufacturing time

It is a craftsmanship, the quantities displayed on the site are not necessarily those of the available stock.

It takes me an average of 2 to 4 days to make 1 to 6 noses, it all depends on the stock and the models.

For a batch of 10 to 20 noses, it takes 8 working days.

this also varies depending on quantity and available stock.

international: 6 to 15 days depending on the destination

Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsibility. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I accept returns and exchanges without any problem

Contact me as soon as possible, I remain available to answer as best as possible in the event of a problem.

You can return items to me for up to 30 days after delivery.

I cannot, however, take back damaged items: broken septum for example (there always a thread inside the box in case)

Please read the user manual (FAQ) for its use and do not hesitate to contact me in case of doubt.

Regarding custom or personalized orders

I do not accept cancellations or returns once the service has started.

Return conditions

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility.
